How does Dispute Resolution Work?

Dispute Resolution can initiate by either Party either by seeking their own arbitrage counsel or through a third-party system such as Square Trade® or American Arbitration Association. As a neutral facilitator of the Marketplace platform, OutsoucingPlace.com is not directly involved in the financial transactions between users and therefore does not directly participate in user disputes. Upon request OutsourcingPlace.com will provide users with any information pertinent to a particular Project in question.
